So I came up with a fairly quick equivalent to the “Five Minute Bot” shown on nxtprograms.com that uses the EV3 kit. The hardest part was actually figuring out how to take pictures of the steps.
First, assemble and mount a motor:
Now do the same thing on the other side:
I added a brace for stability since the motors felt a bit wiggly:
Now build the frame for the third back wheel:
Do the same thing for the other side:
Now the third back wheel:
Now just connect your motors to any of the ports A thru D:
